The ST series presses feature a C-Frame design and are optimized for small stamping tasks while ensuring high performance.  

These presses, manufactured by Qiaosen, adhere to JIS Class 1 precision standards. High-strength steel frames along with a Quenching & Grinding process for slide guides minimize deflection, enhance precision, and extend tool life.

The machine incorporates a crankshaft made from forged 42CrMo alloy, precision-machined gears, and other smooth power transmission components. This ensures quiet operation and prolonged durability. The dry clutch system provides longevity, excellent single stroke rates, and high torque outputs.

A Siemens-based control platform and intuitive touch screen interface are standard across all Qiaosen presses, offering ease of use and integration with other automated systems. Alternative control brands can be equipped upon request.
