Interfold hand towels at 2 ply and a size of 32x22 cm, made from 100% cellulose, are highly sought after for their absorbency and eco-friendliness. These towels offer not only comfort but also sustainability. Orders for these products can be conveniently placed through our website, where multiple payment methods are available such as IDEAL, GIROPAY, BANCONTACT, SOFORT, CREDIT CARD, or BANK TRANSFER. Regular customers have the option to pay on account after a successful credit evaluation, so we encourage inquiries about the specific conditions.
For those placing orders before 12:00 pm, we strive to ship the products on the same working day if they are available in stock. Our inventory boasts over 4,500 different products. However, certain items may need to be specially ordered, typically expected to deliver within 2 to 5 working days, excluding products requiring name printing. Should you frequently require one of these ordered items, we would be pleased to discuss maintaining stock for future needs.
Deliveries are made using our own transport or through a courier service. In instances where no one is available to receive the product, our driver will leave a notice detailing how to reschedule the delivery (this policy applies within the Netherlands only). Shipping Cost Details
For regular customers ordering items delivered on our standard routes, shipping fees are waived for orders exceeding €50.00 excluding VAT. Orders shipped from backorder do not incur shipping costs either. Exchanges, Returns, and Refund Policies
We aim to fulfill orders accurately and completely, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If you are unhappy with your order and wish to exchange or return your items, please contact our customer service via the contact form on the website. Products specifically ordered for you cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Returns for mistakenly ordered items will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.
Returning Process Overview
Upon receiving returned products at our warehouse, we assess whether they are in sellable condition. If they meet our quality standards, a credit note will be created, and we will process the refund using the same method as the initial payment.
Refunds for payments processed via IDEAL, GIROPAY, BANCONTACT, SOFORT, and CREDIT CARD are managed through Stripe, while BANK TRANSFER refunds will also be returned via BANK TRANSFER.
The entire return process typically does not exceed one week.
